Your invoice is sent by email (or EHF for Norway and Sweden) to the email address used when placing your order. Please remember to check the spam folder.

For UK and SWE:
Our invoices are attached as PDF in the invoice email.
You can also find your invoice in Two's buyer portal. The portal provides an overview of all your purchases via Two, across all our merchants. You can easily view and download your invoices and statements, and see the payment status of all your purchases.
You can also download the statement of account for your account from the portal.
To download the statement of account, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the buyer portal
- Go to “statements” on the left sidebar
- Press “download statement of account” in the top right corner.
Log into the buyer portal here, using the same email address that your invoice was sent to.
If you cannot find your invoice, please reach out to the merchant or to support@two.inc
If you realise you've used the wrong email when placing the order, please reach out to support@two.inc. We will provide you with your invoice and add the correct email for future communication regarding your invoice.
