"Unverified orders" refers to orders that haven't been confirmed by the buyer at the time of order placement, but has not been verified. These orders will be automatically canceled after 48 hours to prevent the accumulation of lingering orders that cannot be fulfilled within the Merchant Portal. The orders will get the updated status cancelled.
This methodology is intended to enhance the accuracy and clarity of your active orders within the Merchant Portal.
