If you complete an order and realise you’ve provided some incorrect information (such as the wrong address, pricing, email or PO number), an invoice with incorrect details must be issued - Unfortunately, for legal reasons it’s not possible to edit an invoice that’s already issued.
If the invoice is not yet issued, the merchant can edit some of the information before issuing the invoice (Invoice email, representative name, product details) please reach out directly to the merchant if this is the case.
To rectify this situation, you'll need to follow these steps:
1. Get in touch with the merchant and inform them about what information is missing/is incorrect.
2. If the invoice is already issued - the merchant must cancel the order. so a new order can be placed with the correct details.
3. When the order is cancelled, you can place a new order with the correct details.
