When you place an order and choose to pay with Two, you’re required to verify your identity. This is to protect you, the seller, and Two against fraud.
The verification method is based on which country you are based. If you're not ordering Sweden, please check out our pages for verification in Norway & the UK.

To verify orders placed in Sweden, we use BankID.
Step 1: To get started, click Place Order.
Step 2: You’ll then be asked to verify your identity using BankID. Click Verifiera din identitet med BankID
Step 3: You’ll then have two options on how to proceed. You can either scan the QR code using your phone camera, which will open your banking app on your phone you can continue on your browser and verify through your online banking. We recommend using the Banking app on your phone as it is usually a faster process.
Step 4: Log into your mobile banking app using your regular verification method. This can be your username and password, face ID, or fingerprint.
Step 5: Once you have logged in, selected the account you’d like to use for verification, and completed the consent.
Step 6: Once you have completed the consent, your web browser will update (this may take up to 5 seconds). You will see an order confirmation page, informing you that you have successfully placed the order.

Will you take payment from my account?

No we will not. The authentication that we request is only to access your account information. It gives us no ability to take payment from your bank account, now or in the future.

I don’t have access to my company bank account, what can I do?

You can use your personal bank account to complete verification. As a reminder, we cannot take payment from your bank account through this OpenBanking flow, it is only for establishing Identity verification.

Why do you use OpenBanking at all, can I use something else?

Because it allows us to quickly verify your identity with a Third Party (your bank) who has already verified your identity also. This is much faster and smoother than asking you to submit documents or scan your ID. Right now we do not support an alternative verification method - if you can’t use OpenBanking please contact us on support@two.inc.

What if I can’t find my bank account on your checkout page?
